Two first special stages went by getting used to the conditions in New Zealand. On the third stage I was already the second fastest in group N. On SS4 I speeded up more, what cost me a puncture for hitting a concrete bridge. There I lost 30 seconds. Fifth stage went fine, I was third but on SS6 I made it first being the fastest in group N for the first time in my life. That joy didn\u00b4t last for long.
